I need to return a non-defective item
Returns are completely fine! Trust me, we get it. Here’s how it works:
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your item(s) via [email protected] – messages received after this window will unfortunately not be considered for return.
- Please include a brief reason for your return so we can make any improvements to our services.
- Post item(s) within 30 days of receiving your package.
Returned items must be unused and returned with original documents and packaging. You will be issued a full refund minus the shipping costs – shipping costs are non-refundable.
I need to return a defective or damaged item
Accidents happen and shipping isn’t perfect. If your item(s) arrived defective or damaged we are happy to send you a replacement item. Here’s how:
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your item(s) via [email protected] – messages received after this window will unfortunately not be considered for replacement.
- Include a photo of the item(s) so we can better understand the issue and improve our services.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it (for the same item only), send us an email at [email protected]. We’ll ship a new one your way once we receive your email and photo of the defect.
I want to cancel my order
Changed your mind? No worries! Email or call within 24 hours of placing your order. We just need to receive your cancellation before we’ve shipped it out to you.
